Multi coil lifter is made up by no less than three pairs of grab arms. It can load one or more coils at one time.
Point:

1, The grab arms of multi coil lifter can be made up by ordinary arms, heat-resisting, arms with folding claws and Ultra-thin arms with folding claws. It can fit for all kinds of work conditions. The function of folding-claws which is driven by motor-reducer (patent number: ZL 2010 2 0128856.4) and Ultra-thin arms(patent number: ZL 2010 2 0128860.0) is patented technology of our company.

2, The distance of every pairs of grab arms can be adjusted by the hydraulic system. Every pairs of grab arms is controlled by independent control system, they can work by respective or linkwork.
3, There is Electro-optical Sensor Protection System (patent number: ZL 2010 2 0128833.3) in every pairs of grab arms to protect the coil not be broken by coil lifter (especially for cold rolling coil).
4, There is torque limiter system to prevent the damage by Lock-Rotor, it make the motor durable.|
5, Electrical system is controlled by PLC and provide generic interface, it is low breakdown, easy installation and realize "Plug & Work" function.
6, There is rotation mechanism (optional) that coil lifter can rotate and stop in any angle what is preset.
